Shipment

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment received via Paypal.

We will ship using USPS First Class Mail at a standard shipping rate of US$4.90. A USPS tracking ID will be issued to you via email within 24 hours of shipping.

We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Terms of Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted if you have not opened the box. You can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Product must be returned to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

We shall not be responsible for lost or damaged items once they are securely packaged and shipped.
